Are my details safe with Lorraine Lea?

Lorraine Lea values your privacy. We will only collect customer information that enables us to deliver superior service to you, the customer.

We maintain the name, postal and email addresses, telephone number, payment and order information of customers when they order from us.

The information collected is used for billing and delivery purposes and to measure customer interest in our products. As part of the Privacy Act 1998 and the Spam Act 2003, customers can advise us at any time if they no longer wish to receive correspondence from Lorraine Lea, by email or mail to PO Box 362, Ferntree Gully VIC 3156. Do you have a factory outlet?

Yes, we have a small on-site shop located at our head office, at 27 Koornang Rd, Scoresby, Vic.
Our on-site shop is openevery Friday between 11 am - 2 pm.

Please note:no returns and no exchanges.

When will my order be shipped if I use Afterpay?

Orders placed using Afterpay will be shipped within our standard shipping timeframes, just like any other online order from Lorraine Lea.

What is the delivery cost for home styling event orders?

A $14.90 handling and insurance charge applies.

What is the delivery cost for online orders?

A $14.90 handling and insurance charge applies to all direct shipped orders Australia wide.

What are your standard delivery times?

Once your order is received, our warehouse team will package and ship your order as quickly as possible. Once your order is shipped you will be sent a confirmation email detailing your purchase and tracking number. Shipping estimates are calculated from the date your order is received by Lorraine Lea and includes warehouse processing times.

Standard Australia Post shipping estimates:

  • VIC, NSW & ACT: 3 – 6 business days
  • QLD, SA & TAS: 4 – 8 business days
  • WA & NT: 10 – 16 business days

Note:

  • Outer-regional areas may experience slightly longer shipping times.
  • Delivery dates are an estimate only and Lorraine Lea will not be liable for any loss or damage due to any unforeseen or unavoidable delay in delivery, including order volume, stock availability or Australia Post and Toll delivery issues. During major promotional or sale events, online orders may take slightly longer to deliver due to high order volumes. We will always endeavour to ship your items as soon as possible.

How can I purchase Lorraine Lea products?

There are a number of ways to purchase Lorraine Lea products:

  • Host your own home styling event and enjoy free and discounted products under our host rewards program,
  • purchase via your Independent Stylist personal website,
  • shop online, or
  • over the phone with your Independent Stylist or our Customer Support team.
Can I cancel or make changes to my online order?

We aim to pack and dispatch orders to you as quickly as possible. Therefore, orders cannot be changed or cancelled after you click ‘Process order’. If you have ordered the wrong product or size, or want to change an item in your order, please contact our Customer Support teamonlineor freecall 1800 641 089 for assistance.

Can I cancel or make changes to my home styling event order?

We conduct our business according to the Direct Selling Australia (DSA) Code of Practice. Should you wish to cancel an order or obtain a refund on an item(s) purchased in a home styling event, you may do so within 10 business days of placing the order.

Please note, if you are attempting to cancel an order, or obtain a refund on an item(s) purchased outside of the 10-business day period, you will need to contact your Independent Stylist or our Customer Support team online or freecall 1800 641 089.

Payment

Can I use a Gift Card to pay for my Host Order?

Gift Cards cannot be used to pay the balance of Host Orders, including half-price or full-price items.

What Buy Now Pay Later (BNPL) options are available?

PayPal and Afterpay are our buy now pay later (BNPL) options. Customers can benefit from PayPal pay in 4 with only a minimum spend of $30.

What payment options do you offer?

PayPal, BPay (in-home and online events only), Visa, MasterCard and Afterpay.

Do I need to be home to receive my order?

You may give authority to our carriers to leave the package unattended at your address without a signature. However, if you opt to leave your order unattended, Lorraine Lea will not be responsible for any lost or stolen packages.
